Booked last minute and they hadn’t seen it and seemed ready to close early but still performed the service. Sadly though it was the worst wax of my life, I said at least three times the wax was too hot and burned, she waxed the same spot so many times it hurt, and double dipped the stick into the wax. I didn’t get a wax I got flayed. Had scabs and extremely red skin for a week after. Do not recommend!
