Nails are beautifully done, but the manicure itself was not very delicate and resulted in a couple of painful cuts

I booked the appointment for the European manicure and my cuticles were not even touched. The previous nails polish was removed so painfully that I had to remove my hands to let it cool. Finally, the nail polish was put not close to the skin but pretty far.
