Kira is very sweet, however I'm used to having my nails and, particularly, cuticles done flawlessly. I felt that my nails weren't done with enough effort and attention. Not to disparage anyone's work; perhaps it's simply that I'm used to having excellent service, and it was frustrating for me to have my cuticles done as expected and my nails badly painted. One thing I requested and liked was that I did not want the thick gel/nail polish look, and I am really pleased with how thin it looks.

My manicure was not up to the standard as advertised, there was bubbles in the gel, flaky bits of nail on the edges and a lot of gel on the edges of my fingers too. Contacted the salon and they offered to fix it for me right away but now are not replying when I am trying to make the appointment 🤷🏽♀️
