Julia is not working there anymore. So when I arrived, she was not there. The recepcionist said to me ‘come back wednesday’. Doesnt matter i booked the appointment several weeks ago! The company is a complete joke. The manager didn’t say sorry, i should have written to her- what s lovely customer care. And the last and best: they dont use anymore treatwell, but i could book an appointment. I dont recommend this company.
