My hair isn’t easy, and after my first keratin treatment I wasn’t satisfied. I shared my concerns, and the owner’s warm and respectful response truly impressed me. He apologized, quickly offered a new appointment, and personally ensured everything was done right. I left feeling not only happy with my hair but also with renewed trust.
