Luigi is great. He made my hair dye and cut, professionally, with great care. However, Fidel did not bother to notify me when he cancelled appointments. Previously he had asked me not to come at the scheduled time but not to cancel the appointment either, for unclear reasons. I texted him to grant me another time, he did not returned it. I called and he said I could come the next day and when I appeared he sorrowfully told me that he needed to cancel all the appointments. This is below standard.
