Second time at Fidel Hairstylist and just as before another 5/5 experience. I did the Men keratin therapy treatment by Wilson Florez. Wilson is truly a lovely, professional and experienced hairdresser which did an amazing job. For the people who always book Fidel and are nervous to try Wilson, don't be!! He is super good in what he does and made me leave the shop with a big smile. 10 out of 5 stars!

Wilson was great on Saturday when he was overbooked with customers, leading the business alone. Since his partner was on holiday, though from a customer perspective, we all accepted some delay since it was Saturday, During a working day, it would have been more challenging to accept the delay. Though we all appreciated, and admired how Wilson managed the over booking in a period of 2 hrs.
