I had a truly wonderful massage experience. Federica was professional, caring, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She takes the time to understand what you really need and focuses all her energy and attention on your well-being with her professional touch and guidance.
I left feeling calm, rejuvenated, and my soul had been healed.
If you want to do yourself a favour, take the time to have a massage with her, I guarantee you will not leave disappointed!

I had a relaxing massage at FlowZen Therapy. The studio was clean and well organised. The atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The therapist was professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the session. The massage helped release my stress and muscle tension. I felt great!!
Also easy car parking.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation and quality therapy.

I had such a lovely experience and will definitely be coming back. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. The massage itself was exactly what I needed. Relaxing, calming, but also really effective at releasing tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying.
What I appreciated most was the care and attention throughout the session. It didn’t feel rushed or “standardized” at all, everything felt very personalized and intuitive. I left feeling lighter, recharged, an🙏❤

Wonderful treatment! After only few minutes of her intentional touch I could completely relax and enter in a state of relaxation and stress releasing.
Federica is such a dedicate, attentive and great massage therapist.
The combination of deep tissue and thai massage techniques was excellent!!
Really recommended, will come back for sure.
