Prima behandeling. Vlot en goed.

In addition to the unwelcoming atmosphere, I frankly had a traumatic experience with my curly hair here. Ginger proceeded to brush my curls out when I specifically came in with my hair washed and dry to show her my curl pattern, simply trimmed my hair, and sheared some (uneven) layers in. I told her I was unhappy with her treatment of my hair and that I had never been cut like that. She did offer to fix it but unfortunately became defensive when I refused as I wanted to limit the damage.

To be very honest this was the worst haircut experience of my life. Ginger lacked the most basic cutting skills - my hair is uneven, the layers are badly cut which I have never experienced especially as I have straight hair. Also, I have never had an appointment where I had to give instructions to my hairdresser. I had to go to another hairdresser afterwards to have my hair fixed.
