I booked a last minute 3 nail fix appointment at 10 (which was 30 minutes after I made my booking). On Google it says it’s open but it wasn’t, so it got pushed to 10.30, then 11, which I wasn’t very pleased about. During the appointment one of my cuticles was cut very deeply and I couldn’t stop bleeding. it still hurts a day later, and the nail fell off that same evening. I’m grateful I was able to get a spot, and the place is beautiful, but I’m disappointed in the quality of the service.
