Nico is truly a dedicated professional. Not only was my hair absolutely fabulous in colour, texture and shine, but I overheard him consulting with another client and he was brilliant! He kindly and patiently explained what it would mean if he did what she asked for. She was ecstatic with the results and had a huge smile on her face as she left.
