I really enjoyed the treatment. One of the better ones I have ever gotten. Very grateful to Mieke for her thoroughness and professionalism and for the wonderfully relaxing experience. I will definitely come back!

Everyone at the spa was really gentle and super nice! The facial was really relaxing and each steps were clearly explained (you can also choose to do everything without explanation), which I loved. I would 100% come back again!

Absolutely amazing from the moment you arrive. There was a chilled DJ on the door of the store. All the staff were so friendly and the service is exceptional. From the moment you arrive you feel special. The massage was far better than I expected with a pleasant sound bel at the end for extra relaxation. Cant wait to return.

I go quite often to Rituals and this is the second time I get an appointment with Ana. She knows a lot and she is very professional, I have sometimes pain in my back and neck and because she uses the right techniques and pressure is always very complete for relaxing but also for the back health. The check in upon arrival was a bit messy with the receptionists as there are always 2-3 employees but they don’t seem to see you, arrival experience can improve.
