Appointments can be made either via instagram accounts of hair-stylists or they have a whatsapp booking in place. Usually responds within a few hours on the same day. I must say they are pretty busy so, I would advise you to make an appointment atleast one week in advance. Salon is super cozy and the ambience is good. Iris knows her way with hair. She asks about the history of our hair and also addresses your concerns. Overall I would say the experience is pretty personalised.
