My appointment from january 9 was cancelled 10 minutes before time so I couldnt leave a review for that one. I always drive from Schiedam, work a lot and need to find babysitters to do my lashes. So: paying upfront, just to get a call 10 min before time that you cant come + no compensation, only your money back the next day. Made me very mad. I feel bad for the girl who was supposed to do my lashes bc I think she’s new & it wasnt her fault, but this is not the way to treat clients.

After almost 2hrs. First Lady did a horrible job, cuticles were not pushed back, gel polish was bumpy and she wasn’t able to do a French manicure . Came back the next day & Stela completely re-did them and did an Amazing job. Happy with final result!
