Very good experience, although I would have liked a hair wash after the cut (should have been included).

People and man that cut my hair were friendly! Was quite busy with amount of clients, but planned nicely as I could take a seat at the time I planned my appointment.
Only thing I am not too pleased with (and which of course is the main intent of my visit), is my haircut. It was not cute the way I wanted; only a few dead ends were cut off and by sort of bangs, while I also asked for overall layers. I was therefore also done with the haircut in no time, as almost nothing was cut off.

23€ for an 11 minute service (timed) is as expensive as other premium salons, where you pay more, but get a longer service. Haircut was correct, but not a great finishing / details.

Please avoid this salon. The whole process was rushed and careless. The employee who gave me the wash was okay but the biggest issue was with the hairdresser who gave me the haircut. He didn't ask me what I wanted and started detangling my hair recklessly. His hands smelled of cigarette. He didn't make any effort to understand what I wanted. Even though I asked several times for an actual haircut (+15cm cut) with curtain bangs, he just trimmed off the ends and told me that it was it. I lost €32.
