I made a booking for a Keratine treatment which was being offered for 'Vanaf 50 euros'. I found this deal much cheaper than other salons, where the average price would be 'Vanaf 150'. When I went to the salon, she was asked to pay 170 euros. I have short hair - touching my shoulders, not very thick. Their Vanaf price is misleading, to attract more customers from Treatwell, and probably to save on the commission they have to pay Treatwell on every such treatment. If my hair qualifies for a 120 euros more than the starting price, then I can't possibly imagine, how short a person's hair would have to be to qualify for the Vanaf price of 50 euros.
I was not happy at all that I had to pay so much more extra and they finally agreed to make it 150 euros total.
Please be careful of Kapsalon Bianco's misleading pricing tactics!
