Destroyed my nails. They used the nail drill irresponsibly & caused SEVERE damage to my nails. This is especially disappointing because I booked a BIAB to keep my nails healthy. My nails ached badly & the pain grew so intense it woke me up in the night and I had to take paracetamol. I didn’t dare return to L’Oriental to have it removed. I went to another salon for help and it was there that I discovered it wasn’t even a BIAB!! It was a hard gel. So they lied on top of botching the manicure!

Great service as always! This is the 2nd time I’ve come to have my Acrylic Nails done here and I’m very happy with the results!

Biab removal: nail clippers were rusty and not cleaned, they were on the table covered in nail dust from the former client. The person cut into my finger with the dirty nail clippers, my finger was bleeding so I got scared about potential diseases.
