I went to Jem nails for the first time after a bad experience in a different salon that left my nails damaged for over a month, so I was a bit nervous about the experience in general. Jem was very caring and understanding. She took the time needed to ensure the process of gel removal was done properly, and without damaging the nails, which should be standard but isn’t everywhere. Highly recommend
