This was my first visit, and definitely not my last! Lauren immediately made me feel heard and understood. After a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, I was a bit nervous, but that worry disappeared the moment I sat in her chair. She took the time for a thorough consultation, listened to my concerns, and explained exactly how she planned to address them. And wow, did she deliver! This is hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had. She even taught me how to style it at home, which has already earned me so many compliments in just the past two days. The whole experience was exceptional, and I truly can’t recommend Lauren enough!
