Ik zie echt verschil na een paar behandeling. Personeel is erg professioneel en ontzettend aardig

The staff are kind,hence it's a shame that the lashes I got done here are causing me PHYSICAL PAIN.I've gotten my lashes done in amsterdam many times so i can make a fair comparison
1) the material - the lashes and the glue
The lashes they use here are basically very sharp plastic with a rough end.-so sharp that when it touches my eyelid it irritates the eye to a painful extent.
The glue is also sketchy.It's been a week since I got them done and it still hurts TERRIBLY every time I wash my face/whenever i have water in my eyes.When I first got them done at the salon,I couldnt open my eyes because it was so painful but the staff said it was normal- it's not!!! I've gotten my lashes done over 7 times and it never ever hurt like that before.
2) Performance
It looks good and it was done very quickly.There were some lashes that looked not well attached when it was first done,so I asked the staff to fix it on the spot and she fixed it at request.I appreciated it.
However, my one eye is going through way more fallouts&pain due to poor attachment than the other-which makes me feel certain that something was wrong with my case. I found one false lash that fell out,and it had FOUR real lashes glued to it(I kept it,so if you want proof i can provide).It should be 1:1 but instead it was 4:1?this is definitely not normal.
I am in physical pain and I'd like this situation fixed.Please let me know what can be done about this.Thank you in advance
