I had appointment 1month ago. Sent email with my feedback - never heard back so leaving it here. Poor quality of the service: the cuticles and skin around the nails either removed poorly or not removed and in general the manicure part was done poorly. Elaine was rushing, kept saying she did not have time to eat and next client who arrived early also in a rush making her speeding up compromising the quality. Also poor choice of colors. Been there 4 times, every time got worse and worse.
