Horrible experience. I came to the salon 10 min before my appointment time, Micaela met me and said she is wrapping up with the previous client, but left me waiting for 20 min in the salon, later she came back and informed me that it’s going to take another 20 min. This is not serious! I came for this appointment already paying upfront. She was pretty rude when I could not take other suggested times she was offering, which made me really upset, and she said she' cancel. Where is my Refund?!
