Naya Conscious Touch offers bodywork sessions based on presence, relaxing the nervous system, and connecting to the body. My approach combines different techniques such as lomi lomi, deep tissue, Thai massage, myofascial release, and biodynamic crania-sacral work. Each session is adapted to what you need at the moment - hit can be more soft and relaxing, or deeper and more grounding. This work can support you if you feel tension, stress, or simply need some time to slow down and rest.
