I was excited to try a new hairstylist, well never again. I have never had such a bad experience. First of all, she might want to mention online that she doesn't speak English. Second, she should just quit because I even wonder if she has ever learned. My hair looked hidious with two short pieces of hair in the middle of my face and unequal lengths. When I would repeat what I wanted she would just tell me that it was another model and that my hair was originally shorter in the back so that it was not possible. Well I have never heard that before. As far as I know my previous hairdressers have always cut my hair to equal length. I can't believe I had to pay 20€ for what I probably would have done better myself. When your customer comes out less good looking than when they walked in, you might want to just apologise and not make them pay for the big mess up. Because now I am about to pay for another hairdresser.
