I've already wasted enough time on you guys, so here's my google review copied and pasted: Last year, I wrote a very positive review for this place... google doesn't let you review a place twice, so I'm actually taking the time to delete my old review and write a new one, because that's HOW TERRIBLE the service was this time. I've gone to No-Hair about 4 or 5 times in the past year, and with Carla (I think that's her name- the one from Portugal) everything was amazing and she was so experienced and quick. I'm sorry to say that after my most recent experience with Shanay (dunno how to spell her name), I will most definitely NEVER go back. She seems like she didn't even pass her waxing course. She very clearly has absolutely NO IDEA what she's doing. There was no method to her waxing; no systematicity that most estheticians have. She was going back and forth from my bikini line to my arms, which other estheticians have specifically told me they never do because it's easy to lose track of which parts of the arms you've already done. Low-and-behold, she did exactly that, and I quite literally had to stay 30mins after my appointment to show her every spot she missed so that she could do it again. There was almost as much hair when she was "done" as when she started. Even after showing her all the areas she missed, there were still some hairy spots and at some point I just gave up and left. This was also The. Worst. Brazilian. that I've ever gotten. ever. and I'm a 28-year-old woman who's been waxing that area since I was 16 so I've had my fair share of bikini/brazilians. first of all she was doing this figure-8 thing with the wax which was spreading the hair in all sorts of directions before ripping it off. That's literally the OPPOSITE of what you're supposed to do. It makes it 10x more painful and creates in-grown hairs. Then, she would wait wayyy too long to let it dry, until it was too hard to rip off. For the arms, she also didn't ever use enough wax on the spatula and spread it too thin every time, so it wouldn't rip off properly. UGH. Also, the wax clearly wasn't hot enough. You could tell from the minute she spread it-- it needed to be a little hotter for optimal use. ANYONE who's familiar with body wax would've known this. It's like she had ZERO experience. I could keep going but this is now just a rant and useful to no one. I'm just SO frustrated. My 18 year old cousin in India could have done a better job. In fact, I could have even done a better job on myself. SUCH a waste of money. It's crazy that waxing in Amsterdam is 2x the price as anywhere else, yet they don't know what the fuck they're doing. If I could give less than 1 star, I would-- and that's coming from someone who gave a 5-star review last year when Carla was working.

Booked at a certain hour, I was postponed by several hours and then finally managed to agree an appointment just 2 hrs after the original booking. Waxing (full back and shoulders) was done badly and it seemed like the lady was in a rush (it took 13 minutes from the time I took my shirt off and back on again). I was left with spare hairs in several places and when asked to remove them she said "it was too late" since she already applied oil. I was left also with sticky wax in 3 places. A completely careless service, poorly done and a great rip off of money. Really, make a favour to yourself by not booking at this place.

Studio was top, personeel helemaal geweldig. Wel wat plekjes gemist waar nog haartjes zitten. Voor nu is het Oke maar te veel gemiste plekjes voor als ik in bikini ga. Helaas maar ik geef het zeker nog een kans.
