The Shellac manicure is nice. I didn't score overall higher as I think there is room for improvement when it comes to keeping the appointment time. It was the second time I had to wait for more than 10 minutes as Elly was busy with another customer. I try to always make it in time as I know everybody's time is important. So my suggestion is to perhaps allocate more time for treatments in the booking tool to avoid having customers waiting.

Wonderful treatment! Elly is always very nice and professional. My nails have never stayed so perfect and I have tried in different price categories and Pink diamond is the best!!!!
