Had my old gel removed, got my nails filed a bit shorter and then new shellack applied. Very happy with the results - not too thick and very neatly applied. Very happy with the over all look and feel of my nails and the experience. Only constructive feedback: maybe the files used should be changed more frequently because there seemingly was lots of residue from previous customers on the one that was used on me.
