my technician didn't compltely cleanse my eyelids after my treatment- I came home and there was a crusty, hard film along my eyelids and lash line that I had to peel off, which usually means the product wasn’t fully removed, or the neutralizer/adhesive dried on my skin. Trying to remove it was painful and I had to wet my eyelids and you aren't supposed to get your eyes wet for 48 hours after treatment so it feels like the whole treatment was a waste of money. Super frustrated. Normally they apply a conditioner after thae treatment. Not this time. I would say the new staff needs more training.

amazing. The entire process from start to finish, it was all explained very clearly and the process was very easy. i am very happy with the result and care along the way.
