Wow, Patricia really knew how to find and loosen up the knots in my body. It was a deep massage and it felt like work; relaxation came after. She also offered to do cupping on my back. We figured out what muscles trigger my chronic headaches! She asked many questions about issues I was having and tailored her approach to those. Afterwards, I was offered a delicious masala chai and that night I slept like a baby. Lovely, skilled people; I will definitely return!

Ruchi is amazing at what she does. Professional, confident and super efficient. She totally understands what you need and is very welcoming. Ruchi is my first ever acupuncturist and I started seeing her for the past 7 months consistently. My results are incredible, on multiple levels - physical, emotional and mental. As someone who overthinks a bit and is hyper-aware of people and surroundings, I see a huge difference since I started acupuncture. I feel fully at home in my body anywhere I go.
