I wanted to love this place - my waxing appointment was quick and less painful than other places. The employee was very nice ans seemed knowledgable. She also used a mix of wax and sugaring which seemed thoughtful.
Unfortunately, after a few days I already noticed regrowth. Now a week has passed and I realize how poor the job really was. I could’ve gotten the same results by shaving. I now have very uncomfortable stubbles - the exact reason I pay the high cost of waxing to avoid this :(

Ik ben nu twee keer bij smart beauty lab geweest. Het zag er beide keren fantastisch uit alleen bij de eerste keer lag mijn hele nagellak van 1 vinger er na twee weken af. De tweede keer chipte mijn nagel al na een week. De eerste keer heb ik er niks van gezegd, tweede keer wel en toen bood de salon direct herstel aan. Echter voor 80 euro biab verwacht ik niet dat de lak er zo snel afgaat, en zeker niet twee keer achter elkaar.

Het is heel wisselend hoe blij ik hier vandaan kom, maar de laatste ervaring was niet zo goed. Ze luisterde eigenlijk niet goed naar wat ik wilde en het resultaat was ook niet goed. Er is nu ook een stukje van de biab afgebroken en daar was ik al bang voor toen ze aan het doen was door de manier waarop het oude eraf werd gehaald.
