I went in for a biab treatment, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. She did what she could, but I felt uncomfortable during the appointment. I didn’t feel like she really listened to what I wanted, and in the end, I left unhappy with the results. It’s especially disappointing since I’m going on vacation with nails I’m not satisfied with.

Place is not very clean, lots of dirt in the floors of the studio. Ambience is sterile and not designed for a very warm welcome. Went for a sugaring
