Dear Mr/Ms, after 3 days treatment one of the nails broke off with NO impact. The nails used are porous (bad quality) as this should not happen so fast. After mentioning this the company said I need to pay for the repair? This is just bad customer service. I will not return here. Best regards

bij thuiskomst ontdekte ik dat de nagel van mijn kleine teen een scheur had. Ik ben terug gegaan de volgende dag om te laten zien dat er zelfs een wondje was ontstaan. Eigenaar had een allemaal vage verhalen. Niks sorry. Echt stuitend. Andere nagels hadden allemaal haakjes. Waardeloze behandeling en kom er nooit terug

I over payed for my service because the online booking platform did not have the option if you already have BIAB nails and need to renew. Also the online platform does not easily translate to english even with Google translate. Also they couldnt give me a cash refund only gift card which I couldnt take. And only one worker knew english. And the tables and machines around where you sit need to be cleaned.
