Altijd een fijn momentje voor mezelf deze gezichtsbehandeling! Personeel altijd super vriendelijk en goed. Behandeling doet ook geen pijn, in tegenstelling tot andere salons waar ik ben geweest. Aanrader!

Bevalt me altijd goed hier. Fijn, relaxed personeel. Heb meestal niks aan te merken op de behandeling.

Diepe Teleurstelling/very disappointing (anticlimax)
I used to love going to this salon to do my nails as I love the girls that work there and they are normally very good with manicures, as of today I will look for another salon.
Today there was a new girl giving me a pedicure. I paid 54,50EUR for a below average pedicure without polish. I could have done it way better by my self or at one of those cheap Asian nail salons.
I got a warm mask pedicure which I requested warm but received cold as the girls respons to my surprise when I asked if it included the polish. On purpose I chose the most expensive pedicure so I get those summer proof toes after this corona lockdown madness. Well she informed me that this wasn’t included in the price and I have to pay 12,50EUR extra for it. A pedicure of 65 EUR is a bit over the top for me. Especially for the work she did: literally only filing 20 secs, the wrong footmask and massage of half a minute. I still had some gel polish leftover (before lock down) on which I informed upfront. She’s said that’s fine. I also asked multiple times how the pedicure procedure would look like as this was the first time I booked this one and she never explained.
At the end I told her I was disappointed and I understood that it was a likely to be a miscommunication but her attitude was so off. She said sorry with words but body language said something completely different. I left the salon with tears in my eyes. I felt like I was made out to be a lair. Anyway I will never come here again. Some of the girls are pretty cool. I like Natasha, she’s awesome and a real pro. Nevertheless I’m changing salons. This experience is ruined for me.
