the place was a bit messy. the pedicure by the owner herself was very good! the manicure was by someone else and was not so good. he didn't ask me how I wanted to shape my nails, and overcut my cuticles, even though I said several times it hurt.

Worse experience ever in Amsterdam. She was not able at all to do my nails, I asked to put white gel on the top of biab, she removed and put it again few times and then she removed it permanently because it was totally not nice done. My nails are uneven and not well done. I had to pay 53 but she asked me 40 at the end, but to be honest it was not even worth it unluckily. Very disappointed and sad.
