It’s unfortunate that none of the appointments I had with you ended 1 hour after the supposed start time. This time I let you know about my hard stop. I kept asking every 15-20 minutes and I asked if I should leave and not have the appointment. But despite that, the treatment that was supposed to start at 10:30 and end at 11:30 only started at 11:35 even though you said you would be only 20 minutes late. I only arrived home after 12:40, as if I had a treatment of 2 hours. My hard stop passed for a long time and I had a difficult time with the nannies. I’m always happy with the quality of the treatment but I need predictability and to be home at a certain time. A discount is nice but it doesn’t cover the emotional stress I’m going through because I never come back in time after a pedicure at Suzie. It’s a real pity.

Zeker. Ik had me gehaast om op de afgesproken tijd bij Suzie te zijn, maar toen ik aankwam was ze zeker nog 40 minuten bezig met het lakken van de nagels van de vorige klant met wie ze hele gezellige gesprekken voerde. Geen excuses naar mij toe. Toen ze eenmaal met mij bezig was bleek dat ze eigenlijk hele grote haast had.
De behandeling was oké, wel wat pijnlijk maar dat schijnt onvermijdelijk te zijn.
