Did you know that Acupuncture and Yoga share the same intention of restoring balance and supporting your body's natural ability to heal but through different tools?
In Chinese Medicine, we stimulate the body's energy pathways using acupuncture needles, or with techniques such as cupping, gua sha and moxibustion (moxa) to encourage the smooth flow of Qi, release tension, reduce pain and support healing.
In yoga, we use asana (postures) to work with the muscles, tendons, fascia and bones, helping to release restrictions and move stagnant energy. Through pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, we use the breath and focused awareness to regulate the nervous system, clear the mind and cultivate a deep sense of grounding and balance.
These practices can support:
...and much more.
Calm, personalized treatments and practices designed to help you move, breathe, heal and thrive.
