Was not satisfied with my treatment at all and had to pay extra on top of what I booked for initially because they did a hand massage that I didn't want or need. Cuticle was left almost untouched. Not so many colors to choose from (def not 50 as claimed on their website). On top of that, got charged 10 eur more than made my appointment for, and that was for a "massage" part that I did not claim I needed. Massage part consisted of dropping a chunk of hand cream on my hands, and that's it. Was not really clear if that was what was meant by "hand massage" (hand massage is usually something more than that really). So was a surprise to pay extra 10 EUR for THAT at the counter, especially since I've initially booked my treatment without that nonsense of a massage. Will never book again. Had very high expectations, turned out to be a huge disappointment.
