its good but sometimes they are understaffed it seems. its a bit hectic in there at times but they do their best

Where to start! When entering you are greeted with warmth. They listen very well, with the intend to really understand. I was offered a delicious cup of coffee with a Dutch stroopwafel cookie. Me and my hair were treated with respect from beginning to end. She didn't take too much off for starters and went from there. Throughout the whole cutting process, I was asked if it was okay, if there are things that still need to be done or not. I was totally included in the process and the end result was simply amazing. I sincerely recommend this salon, my hairdresser was truly kind and most helpful.
