Wow wow wow. I had the HIFEM treatment for my abdomen for the first time. This highly focused and intensive treatment was amazing. I am already seeing better definition for my abdominal muscles and will be back for a few more sessions to complete my goal and be ready for the beach this summer. 30 minutes on the couch verses many hours at the gym. I know it is cheating a little but for me time and money well spent.

My treatment was a very pleasant experience with surprisingly lots of background knowledge and thorough skin analysis! I greatly appreciated it. On top of that, Vanina was very comforting and made the environment really relaxing. I highly recommend! :)

IT is not the first time i was to vanina, i had already had 2 massages i felt so good and at ease so i came back to try the hi-ems treatment to have sculpted abs, it was amazing after 30 minutes of treatment i had abs like if I went to the Gym for a whole week. I have already booked another session ... Amazing Vanina
