I had the pleasure to receive a treatement from Catarina from Well-Held Women. It was absolutely amazing both subtle and deep at the same time. From the first minute I felt safe and seen. Her touch is gentle but the energy coming from that was intens and deeply healing.
At the end I felt like I was deep down in the ocean floating. I can still feel the effect and my body is still processing it all. Thank you Catarina for having me, this was a real gift to both my body and my soul.

Yesterday I had the most amazing deep session at Well-HELD by Catarina, in which she worked a lot on my womb area and my solar plexus. I had deep releases during the session and I felt very safe and HELD by her. The whole process continued all day & night also after, I was able to release a lot of pain and sadness and it really felt like clearing my body.
I like the personal safe space of the session being given in her living room and the personal touches all around.
