I wanted light brown highlights on my dark brown hair (that natural sun-kissed look) and I got orange highlights with very sharp transition of color (it looks like my roots already came). I asked her to fix the orange hair and she applied a toner(?) which made it a tiny bit okay. At that point I was in the salon for 5 hours and I said it's nice so I could leave (it was around 19:45). She said I need to pay 15€ more for the toner. At that moment I lost it and of course didn't pay it.
