Other than being a skilled physical therapist, Kauna is also an incredibly warm person. I enjoy our conversations, and leave feeling so much looser and better in my body. She takes a holistic approach, recognising that everything is connected, and that self care comes in many ways. The space is also very clean and relaxing, with lots of light and high ceilings. I highly recommend!

kauana has a gift that I am grateful to have found her! I have chronic pain from a hernia I had a while ago and piriformis syndrome. I do several types of treatments to relieve pain but with her it was different, I believe she knew how to listen to me and understand what my body needed. She used every resource she had to make me feel better. I left without pain and today a week later I am still without pain. thank you so much

Had a deep tissue massage bij Kauana, which was amzing! She is very skilled, attentive, and knew exactly what I needed. Using different techniques she helped me to get rid of a lot of tention and sciatic pain. Now a few days later by body feels much lighter and more flexible, easier to move. Afterwards got useful advices that I put into practice. Highly recommend and will deffinetly be back!
