In mijn praktijk bied ik een rustige en veilige omgeving waar je kunt ontspannen en weer in contact komt met je lichaam. Ik werk met acupunctuur en voetreflextherapie of een combinatie daarvan; een zachte en effectieve manier om het zelfherstellend vermogen van het lichaam te ondersteunen.

Mijn behandelingen zijn met name gericht op vrouwen. Je kunt bij mij terecht voor ondersteuning bij onder andere hormonale disbalans, menstruatieklachten, fertiliteit, vermoeidheid, stress, darmklachten, hoofdpijn. Maar ook voor een uur diepe ontspanning is de voetreflexologie heel geschikt.

Elke behandeling wordt afgestemd op jouw persoonlijke situatie en wat jij op dat moment nodig hebt, met aandacht voor zowel lichaam als geest.

Ai Care Moxa in Amsterdam is volledig gespecialiseerd in traditionele Chinese geneeskunde. Je kan hier terecht voor een ontspannende of klassieke massage of een verzorgende manicure of pedicure.
Maar de salon is gespecialiseerd in Moxa, een traditionele therapie uit het Oosten. Het wordt uitgevoerd door kleine kegels van gedroogde bladeren te verbranden op bepaalde aangewezen punten van het lichaam, vaak dezelfde punten die worden gebruikt bij acupunctuur.
Het team is volledig op de hoogte van zowel de traditionele geneeswijze als de nieuwste technieken en zal ervoor zorgen dat je weer als herboren de salon verlaat!

In het hart van Amsterdam, aan de Haarlemmerdijk 120A, bevindt zich het unieke Tianyi Health Center, een Traditioneel Chinees Gezondheidscentrum.

De naam "Tianyi" betekent in het Chinees: "Leven en werken in hemelse harmonie met de natuur en onszelf."

Lily Van Wijngaarde-Chen, de eigenaar, is een gediplomeerd acupuncturist, gespecialiseerd in behandelingen tegen stress, lage energieniveaus, onvruchtbaarheid, diverse pijnsyndromen en meer. Met meer dan 15 jaar aan ervaring in de Traditionele Chinese Geneeskunde (TCG) heeft zij vele cliënten geholpen, zowel in China als in Nederland.

Denk aan een Tuina-massage, voetreflexologie, acupunctuur of cupping. Uiteraard kun je ook genieten van ontspannende lichaamsmassages of zelfs een pedicure met of zonder voetreflexmassage. De salon, gelegen aan het mooie Westerpark, is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Aan de Groen van Prinstererstraat in Amsterdam is Priktijk Westerpark gevestigd. Bij deze salon wordt de behandelmethode acupunctuur gebruikt om het lichaam in balans te brengen. Op basis van een intakegesprek wordt er een behandelplan opgesteld. Ook kun je hier terecht voor een ontspanningsmassage, therapeutische massage of voor de traditionele Chinese behandeling cupping. De Priktijk is aangesloten bij Beroepsvereniging de ZHONG.
