While I have years of experience running my private clinic, I’m now taking my first independent step here in the Netherlands, and I’d love to invite you to book a session with me!

A little about my style: I work at a slower pace than many therapists. I believe that slowing down allows for deeper attention to the body, and gives it the space it needs to deeply relax. The slow movements help the body receive the treatment more fully, allowing me to sink in and connect with the areas that need attention. I also pay attention to my breath as I work, and I may invite you to synchronize your breath with the movement.

I offer Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, or a focused Back, Neck and Shoulders massage.

In addition, I offer Sobada Abdominal Massage (Womb Massage) - a beautiful, grounding practice rooted in shamanic traditions that helps deepen the connection with the body. The abdominal massage is beneficial for everyone, but it can be especially helpful for womb healing and uterine health, supporting menstrual balance, postpartum recovery, and menopause transitions.

Founded by Môri, a massage therapist and wellbeing advocate, Regather grew from their own journey through burnout recovery. After experiencing how transformative massage therapy can be, Môri trained in Holistic Massage, Anatomy, Pathology and Physiology, accredited by the UK's Massage Training Institute. With several years' experience supporting clients in Amsterdam and Utrecht, Môri is dedicated to helping others combat burnout and foster wellbeing.

Each treatment is held in a private, serene room. We'll start by checking in to understand where you're at, followed by a thoughtfully tailored massage. It is a safe and serene place for you to recharge body, mind + spirit. All treatments are done on a heated massage table with natural oils. With calm music, ambient lighting and a caring ear from your massage therapist- you will always feel completely taken care of. Whether the massage is for physical pain, or something less visible such as stress or burn-out, every treatment is custom made for you and your body- and you'll always feel welcomed at the studio. Please read the descriptions on the massage menu to know what to expect from each treatment.

The salon uses an Earthlite Spirit brand massage table- both for regular massage and with removable sling for pregnancy treatments. Massages are done with Earthlite Natural Nut massage oil (alternative nut-free oils available upon request). The WC is equipped with Marie Stella Maris products & fresh single-use hand towels.

The area is easily accessible by tram, the closest stop on Van Hallstraat. The studio is then 7 minutes walking from there. Paid street parking is available.

Arrive to your appointments on time, but not more than 5 minutes before as the door may still be locked. Please wait patiently if you arrive early, and the door will open shortly before your treatment time. Attend your appointments alone. SOLSTICE is a one room concept, boutique studio with no separate waiting area- so unfortunately guests cannot be accommodated. Cancellations and changes to appointments require 24 hours notice.

Contraindications:

With all systemic diseases, ie: Cancer, AIDS etc. always check with your physician before booking a massage treatment. Open lesions on the skin, or severe eczema/psoriasis. Blood clots and large varicose veins. All contagious diseases & symptoms- flus, colds, fever etc.
