Salonvoorwaarden

Om iedere klant de beste service te kunnen bieden, gelden de volgende voorwaarden:

1. Kom op tijd. Ben je meer dan 15 minuten te laat, dan vervalt de afspraak. Weet je dat je later bent? Laat dit dan zo snel mogelijk weten.
2. No Show. Verschijn je niet op je afspraak zonder afmelding, dan wordt 100% van de behandeling in rekening gebracht.
3. Annuleren of verzetten. Voor annuleringen en het verzetten van afspraken hanteer ik de Treatwell-richtlijnen.
4. Alleen voor vrouwen. Mijn salon is uitsluitend bedoeld voor vrouwelijke klanten.
5. Geen kinderen. Om de rust, veiligheid en kwaliteit van de behandeling te waarborgen, verzoek ik je vriendelijk om zonder kinderen naar de afspraak te komen.
6. Geen begeleiding. Neem bij voorkeur niemand mee naar je behandeling. Is dit toch noodzakelijk? Neem dan vooraf contact met mij op om dit te bespreken.
7. Beschadigde of zieke nagels. Ik behandel geen nagels met een schimmel, infectie, ontsteking, open wondjes of andere aandoeningen. Twijfel je of een behandeling mogelijk is? Stuur dan vooraf een duidelijke foto via WhatsApp, zodat ik je kan adviseren.
8. Medicatie en gezondheid. Gebruik je bloedverdunners of andere medicatie, of heb je een medische aandoening die invloed kan hebben op de behandeling of de veiligheid? Meld dit dan vooraf. In sommige gevallen kan ik besluiten de behandeling niet uit te voeren om jouw gezondheid en veiligheid te waarborgen.
