SOLSTICE is a tranquil and safe space designed to help you relax and unwind. Warm ambient lighting, a heated massage table, natural oils, and the attentive care of your therapist create the perfect environment to reconnect your mind and body- something often lost in today’s busy world. By focusing on your breath and slowing your thoughts, you can temporarily switch off from the outside world.

The team is a group of compassionate, international female therapists from different training backgrounds. They specialize in Swedish, Pregnancy & Post Natal, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki Healing & Facial Massage techniques. Every treatment begins with a short intake conversion with your therapist to see what your wishes are- and determine how to treat you best. Every treatment is fully customized to fit each individual client’s needs.

The salon uses the Earthlite Spirit massage table, ideal for both regular massages and pregnancy treatments thanks to its removable sling. The table provides full belly and breast support, so expectant mothers can fully surrender and enjoy the massage treatment lying face down. Massages are performed using organic almond massage oil, with nut-free alternatives available upon request. The restroom is stocked with Marie Stella Maris products and fresh single-use hand towels.

Studio Location: The studio is located in Amsterdam West, at Groen van Prinstererstraat 65-H. It’s easily accessible by tram with the nearest stop at Van Hallstraat, about a 5-minute walk from the studio. Paid street parking is available nearby.

NOTE: Please arrive on time, but no more than 5-10 minutes early as the door may still be locked. Come to your appointments alone. The studio space is a single-room boutique with no waiting area, so unfortunately guests cannot be accommodated. Cancellations or changes to appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice- otherwise they are subject to a charge.

While I have years of experience running my private clinic, I’m now taking my first independent step here in the Netherlands, and I’d love to invite you to book a session with me!

A little about my style: I work at a slower pace than many therapists. I believe that slowing down allows for deeper attention to the body, and gives it the space it needs to deeply relax. The slow movements help the body receive the treatment more fully, allowing me to sink in and connect with the areas that need attention. I also pay attention to my breath as I work, and I may invite you to synchronize your breath with the movement.

I offer Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, or a focused Back, Neck and Shoulders massage.

In addition, I offer Sobada Abdominal Massage (Womb Massage) - a beautiful, grounding practice rooted in shamanic traditions that helps deepen the connection with the body. The abdominal massage is beneficial for everyone, but it can be especially helpful for womb healing and uterine health, supporting menstrual balance, postpartum recovery, and menopause transitions.
