What we like about the venue
Yskamer is a sauna and ice bath studio in the 9 Straatjes, five minutes from Dam Square. One Finnish sauna at 90°C and two ice baths at 3°C and 6°C. Sessions of 25 or 55 minutes. Built around the hot-cold cycle: warm up, plunge, recover, repeat.
Nearest public transport: tram stop Koningsplein (2-minute walk).
The team: small, hands-on, and run by the two founders themselves. We are there to brief you, keep the space clean, and answer any questions — without making it a guided experience.
