Klachten en tevredenheid

Ik streef er altijd naar om behandelingen met zorg en kwaliteit uit te voeren. Ben je onverhoopt niet tevreden, dan hoor ik dit graag zo snel mogelijk zodat we samen naar een passende oplossing kunnen kijken.

Terugbetaling:

Het is in mijn salon niet gebruikelijk om geld terug te geven voor uitgevoerde behandelingen. De reden hiervoor is dat ik mijn tijd, kennis en materialen volledig heb ingezet tijdens de afspraak.

Oplossing bij klachten.

Als er iets niet naar wens is, bied ik een oplossing in de vorm van:

- Een herstelbehandeling (bijvoorbeeld opnieuw lakken of corrigeren) - Een alternatieve behandeling van gelijke waarde.

No-show/Annuleren/verplaatsen afspraak:

-'Bij een No-show word er 100% in rekening gebracht! - Ik hanteer een 48-uur policy bij niet tijdig annuleren van uw afspraak word er 50% in rekening gebracht. - Verplaatsen van afspraak kan tot 1uur van te voren mits via treatwell online geboekt, bij telefonische afspraken, in de salon gemaakte afspraken of via whats-app hanteer ik een 24/uur van te voren policy!
