Jodi’s therapies support needs ranging from lifestyle and nutrition advice, stress related burn-out, women’s wellness such as pre-and post-pregnancy, hormonal balance, gynaecological imbalances, skin issues such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, insomnia or restless sleep, digestive issues, body stagnation or lethargy.
