Appointments & Payments
-All appointments must be booked in advance.
-Full payment is required after the service.
-Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
Refills & Retention
-Refills are only possible if at least 40% of the lashes are still present.
-If less than 40% remains, the appointment will be treated as a new full set and charged accordingly.
-Lash retention depends on natural lash cycle, lifestyle, and proper aftercare.
Guarantee Policy
-I offer a 1-week guarantee after your appointment.
-Any issues must be reported within 7 days.
-After 7 days, no refunds, discounts, or free fixes are possible.
Aftercare Responsibility
-Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
-Makeup residue, oil products, incorrect cleansing, or excessive touching may cause premature lash loss.
-I am not responsible for poor retention caused by aftercare, lifestyle, or external factors.
Hygiene & Safety
-Please arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup and oils.
-For hygiene and safety reasons, I reserve the right to refuse service if the client arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
-In such cases, the appointment will be canceled and may be charged.
Late Arrivals & Cancellations
-Please arrive on time.
-Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
-Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Right to Refuse Service
-I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if I feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or if my policies are not respected.
